On October 14, 2020 J. W. Mays, Inc. was informed by the Company’s independent registered accounting firm, Prager Metis CPAs, LLC, that the following previously filed financial statements of the Company should not be relied upon: (i) The Company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2020.
